Refund Policy – Flow Sudoku
Effective Date: December 23, 2025
Thank you for purchasing Flow Sudoku. Refunds for purchases made through Paddle (our payment processor and Merchant of Record) are handled in accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Your purchase agreement is directly with Paddle, and all refund requests are processed through them.
1. Standard Refund Window
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason, in line with Paddle's consumer cancellation rights. To meet the deadline, you must contact Paddle before the 14-day period expires.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Use the refund link provided in your Paddle receipt email, or
- Visit Paddle's Buyer Support at paddle.net and follow the refund request instructions.
Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase when contacting Paddle.
3. Digital Content Note
For digital products like Flow Sudoku that are delivered immediately:
- You may lose your cancellation rights once the digital content is downloaded or otherwise accessed, as allowed under Paddle's terms.
4. Subscription Purchases
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- To cancel a subscription, contact Paddle at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
- Refunds for unused billing periods are not guaranteed and are subject to Paddle's policies.
5. Refund Discretion
Paddle may approve or decline refund requests at its sole discretion and in accordance with its refund policy. Refunds may be refused in cases of suspected fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
6. Timing of Refunds
If approved, refunds are made to the original payment method and should be completed within the timeframe specified by Paddle and your payment provider.
