Flow Sudoku collects only the minimum amount of data required for account creation and paid features.

1.1 Information You Provide

You may create an account using:

• Email + password
• Google Sign-In

If you choose to create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Hashed password (if using email sign-up)
• Name and email from Google OAuth (if using Google Sign-In)

We never store plaintext passwords.

1.2 Payment Information (Paddle)

If you purchase premium features, payments are processed securely by Paddle.

Flow Sudoku does not have access to:

• Full card numbers
• CVC codes
• Your payment method details

Paddle may collect:

• Payment method (masked)
• Billing country
• Transaction details

All payment data is handled under Paddle's own privacy policy.

1.3 Automatically Collected Data

Flow Sudoku does NOT collect:

• Analytics
• Crash logs
• Device identifiers
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers
• Usage tracking

No tracking or monitoring occurs in the background.

1.4 Local Device Data (Stored Only on Your Mac)

The following items are stored locally on your device and never uploaded:

• Sudoku progress
• Timer/Pomodoro sessions
• Goals, notes, and declutter text
• App settings and preferences

Deleting the App removes this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data only for:

• Account creation & login authentication
• Enabling Google Sign-In
• Managing paid features and subscription access
• Responding to support inquiries

We do not:

• Sell personal data
• Share data with advertisers
• Track users across apps or websites
• Use your information for targeted ads

3. How Your Information Is Stored

Flow Sudoku uses Supabase as a secure backend for:

• Email
• Hashed password
• Basic login metadata

All account data is encrypted.

Payment data is stored by Paddle, not by Flow Sudoku.

Local usage data remains only on your Mac.

4. Data Protection & Security

We take steps to protect your data, including:

• Hashed + salted passwords
• Encrypted database storage
• Secure Google OAuth authentication
• PCI-compliant Paddle payment processing
• Minimal data collection

However, no system is entirely immune to security risks.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• Account data — kept until you request deletion
• Paddle payment records — retained according to Paddle's policies
• Local data — deleted when you uninstall the App

You may request full account deletion at any time.
